Bio: I have been jumping rope for 16 years. I started in an after school program with Mrs. Moody. I have placed 2nd at Nationals for Freestyle and am currently traveling the world spreading the great sport of jump rope. I jump rope for multiple reasons: it is fun, challenging, creative, interactive, innovative, healthy, and most of all, I get to jump with some of the best people you can ever meet in life. My favorite thing now about jumping rope is the opportunity to travel the world. Just recently, we were blessed with the opportunity to travel to the ends of the world. Jump rope has taught me many things and one of them is to keep trying. One thing you’ll see in jump rope is that people will find their strengths in the sport and learn to let it shine. It’s a great life lesson because it teaches us to be humble and allow teamwork to play its part. As a team, we shine brighter.
I started a Christian jump rope team called Salt Life and I hope to continue this team for as long as God has me coaching. I want to continue traveling the world and spreading the unique sport of jump rope.
